NEC has a new notebook, LaVie M Published by reference to the category CULV devices (consumer Ultra-Low Voltage).

NEC LaVie M laptop is Intel Celeron SU2300 ultra low power consumption (Culv) processor runs at a clock speed of 1.2GHz. Maximum value of thermal dissipation (TDP) of 10 watts.

The basic configuration of NEC LaVie M contains 2 GB or 4 GB of RAM, 320GB hard drive, WiFi 802.11b g n, Bluetooth and HDMI. NEC LaVie M has also brings a 13.3-inch display with a resolution of 1366×768 pixels.

NEC LaVie M is Windows 7 Home Premium operating system. Time of battery life from the standard battery is approximately 4.1 hours, the use of high-capacity battery can you do to up to 8.5 hours. Toshiba is jumping on the Culv (Consumer Ultra Low Voltage) train with two new laptops. The Toshiba Satellite T135 has a 13.3-inch machine, while the satellite-T115, one 11.6-inch display, which it firmly in the Acer Aspire 1410,  Dell Inspiron 11z, Samsung X120 territory will.

The 13.3-inch Satellite T135 will come with a choice of three CULV processors: Pentium, Celeron single-core or Celeron Dual-Core. The T115 is only with the single-core Pentium or Celeron option. After a leak, Lenovo is apparently working on a new ThinkPad X200 that a CULV processor.
