The triple-core 1.8GHz Phenom II processor is a powerful and economical choice for a desktop replacement notebook type. This computer is regularly 3.5 hours on battery only with the screen brightness turned a little. I enjoy it.
The graphics card is an ATI Radeon 4250, what it is, but the M880 chipset for them there is power beyond the power of the Radeon 4250 listed as such. When I saw the GPU benchmarks, which was reviewed M880 chipset Radeon 4250 consistently in the middle of the pack, as classified above as GPUs, the ATI Radeon HD 5145th
This computer is nice and portable and the size is perfect for carrying with me. The screen is not small, where it is seeing no problems with creating for me, I'm really enjoying the fact that it is shorter and I can cradle it in my lap completely and totally comfortable.
The keyboard is not with a full numeric keypad, but that does not bother me much. The keys have any loose feeling at all, which I really enjoy. I'm still used to the location of some of my key, especially the backward step, but I will certainly accustomed come soon enough. To The trackpad is not bad, but you can tweak. An important question that I immediately noticed is that the webcam drivers were so outdated that the webcam will not work when I first saw the computer. I tried to update it and I was told that this is already the newest available drivers but it did not work. I ended up taking off a whole and the computer restarts and it works just fine now. Just a word of warning for those looking at this one: the webcam, a second handling to get it set up correctly. There is nothing so bad, and there are guided tours to explain all over the Internet, how to do so.
Other minor gripes, the touchpad may seem a little insensitive sometimes even with it turned up almost all the way ... The two finger scrolling is not as intuitive as it was with my last ASUS. I just press the power button, get him out of sleep ... All minor gripes that I will soon come with the debate, after which I will be completely satisfied with my purchace. ;)
These are my impressions after a few days with this computer ... Great specifications and performance for the money! I am sure to update this review if anything else comes to mind.
