Samsung R530 Review

While this is neat red and black cap, Samsung R530 looks a little clearer than some of the more expensive laptops, with a simple panel display and keyboard silver surround. While this may seem rather ordinary, the execution of the budget laptop, but nothing.

With 2.2 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo T6600, it has plenty of power for virtually any desktop application, you probably need. Although it is a bit low, supplied 3 GB of RAM is sufficient for most applications that we can think of, but it is worth noting that the R530 comes with a 32-bit version of Windows 7 Home Premium, so it will not be able to use more than about 3, 5 GB of RAM, even if the update to a maximum of 4 GB notebook.

Performance was excellent overall score of 66 in our tests. This shows that this laptop will cope with most tasks well. Despite the powerful processor, R530 lasted four and a half hours in our test battery. That’s a lot for use around the house or random way. At 2.4kg, it is not too hard to spend time on time.

Other specifications much as you’d expect. It has a built-in wireless networking with support for 2.4 GHz 802.11n, although access to the Internet port only supports 10/100 Ethernet, not gigabit speeds. There’s a Realtek HD Audio Processor with 3,5 mm stereo line out and mic in ports. Although you can only output stereo sound via the analog jacks laptop HDMI port can operate a DVD-quality surround sound. Built-in speakers are quite scarce, and, as a rule, the sound tinny or muddy or in full, depending on what you’re listening.

R530 is equipped with double-layer drive DVD-RW and a card reader that can handle SDHC and MMC formats. There are 3 ports USB, but not ESATA port for high-speed external drives, you must complete a 320GB hard drive. Flat keyboard and trackpad and ideally located for quick and accurate input. Samsung has not chosen an unusual wide-set keyboard layout, so we are accustomed to using it in the shortest time. We really enjoyed the full numeric keypad and cursor keys, which were clearly separated from the rest of the keyboard, too.

R530 in, fast processor, great screen and comfortable keyboard is an amazing laptop budget.
