"Very good" for a Mid Range Computer

I got my Compaq 1 April after the order is 28 March. Excellent delivery from Amazon.

This model is in the middle range when it comes to main-stream computing, and the price at Amazon is a super deal. They care more cheaply elsewhere.

This computer has met and exceeded all my expectations, I have not found any problems with the hardware or the software that comes with it.

Windows 7 will take time to always use, I do not know how much better it is, XP or Vista in comparison yet.

To read any, contributions to the purchase, I recommend this computer. He is above average and the price a bargain.

This computer trulely deserves a five star rating.

Follow up - 22 April: Received this laptop on 1 April. its up and running at least 18 hours a day without problems.

I can now say that Windows 7 is a big improvement over XP and Vista in terms of user friendliness, safety and security, and my favorite among the new and improved desktop and display functions.

Most of the XP and Vista hardware driver does not work with Windows 7! You have to update it.

Had to update - printer, webcam, gamepad and digital camera. (All works now)

The ATI MR HD 4200 Graphics video capabilities are exceptional, I saw a movie with the DVD RW drive and High Definition datail was incredible.

I also have some HD-MP3 Burned at 24x, I now have high definition audio in my car.

Best Features The computer is all about "security" and that HP has taken to the next level. The computer actually the police themselves.

Compaq Presario CQ 61 - 420US is one of the best mid-range computer on the market. You will not regret owning one.
