Suzuki Neutron 701 MNI tablet netbook and Neutron 1021 available at Philippines

It looks like the 7-inch Touchscreen Tablet Netbook by Suzuki, which we told you about the other day is already on the hook in the Philippines (and possibly other parts of Asia). The Suzuki MNI 701 neutron Tablet Netbook, packing-7.1-inch WSVGA touch screen TFT LCD, 1.3 GHz Intel Atom Z520 processor, 2GB RAM, 60GB hard drive, other basic Netbook Specifications and a 4-cell battery, costs 24,000 pesos or $ 496 USD from the online store of local computer store PC Gilmore.

At the same time there is a 10-inch Netbook Suzuki for the 1021 Suzuki Neutron Netbook. The information on this are pretty standard for a Netbook (and rather outdated, if I may say so myself): 1.6 GHz Intel Atom N270 Processor, 2GB RAM, 160GB HDD, 10.2-inch WXGA screen, integrated webcam, Bluetooth, 3-in-1 card reader, 802.11 b/g Wi-Fi and a Standard-3-cell battery.

No word on how much 6-cell battery costs for each Netbook or what operating system they are going to get out of the packaging, but I must say, they look very attractive, even in their default configurations.
