When a new Netbook is announced, you can pretty much guess the information before you even start reading a company press release: 1.6-GHz Atom processor, 1 GB RAM, 160 GB hard drive and Windows XP operating system. As such, keyboard and battery life are important elements in the differentiation of individual models, but a new element is the mixture: Blu-ray playbackAccording to this website, the Acer Aspire One 571 uses Vmedia 32-mm format, in the films within the plastic cartridges.
